2. Vaccine will have the instructions for the next mission on the QR code
3. Carrier must carry the Baylor see through plastic backpack with the glow stick
4. Once you have possession of all 4 vaccines, all glow sticks are to be delivered inside the backpack to the Lab (front lobby desk)
